Who can purchase call recording?
Users with account permissions can purchase call recording licenses
Buy Call Recording Licenses
Before you configure a user or response group, you need to purchase the license.
You need to have the authorization account to be able to purchase licenses.
- Click on the gear wheel
- Click on your organization
- During Business account, click on Additional services
- Choose whether to purchase licenses for users or response groups and expand the list
- Used + to add the correct number of licenses
- Click on Buy
The cost is added to the existing agreement and charged continuously during the agreement period.
Configure call recording on a user or response group
Make sure you have licenses available before you start.
You need to have the telephony system permission to assign and configure a user or response group.
- Click on the gear wheel
- Click on your organization
- Click on Telephony system
- Click on Call recording
- Click on Add
- Select which user or response group to record
- Set as needed
- Click on Save
