Buy Call Recording Licenses

Before you configure a user or response group, you need to purchase the license.

You need to have the authorization account to be able to purchase licenses.

  1. Click on the gear wheel
  1. Click on your organization
  1. During Business account, click on Additional services
  1. Choose whether to purchase licenses for users or response groups and expand the list
  1. Used + to add the correct number of licenses
  1. Click on Buy

The cost is added to the existing agreement and charged continuously during the agreement period.

Configure call recording on a user or response group

Make sure you have licenses available before you start.

You need to have the telephony system permission to assign and configure a user or response group.

  1. Click on the gear wheel
  1. Click on your organization
  1. Click on Telephony system
  1. Click on Call recording
  1. Click on Add
  1. Select which user or response group to record
  1. Set as needed
  1. Click on Save
