Who can control call recording via activity statuses?
- Users with the permission to check & control their recordings via status updates can configure this themselves
How does it work?
If you have configured a user to be able to control the recording via statuses it is easy for the user to choose how it should work.
For example, you can create a status like “Gone for the day” and choose not to record some calls on the mobile number, but at the same time continue to record calls on the landline number.
Configure your statuses to start a call recording

- Create a new status or expand the status you want to edit
- During Call recording
- Choose whether you want the same settings for all numbers and VoIP
- Choose whether recording should start on incoming calls
- Choose whether recording should start on outgoing calls
