There are two things in the app that are often confused: activity status and status colors.
Here we explain the difference.
Activity status
When you create an activity status, you can choose between two availability modes:
- Available → represented by green color.
- Busy → represented by RED.
When you are available your status can have several different colors (see below).
When you are busy you are always shown as RED.
Status colors
- Green → User is available and active in the app.
- Yellow → The user is available but not active right now.
- Gray → The user is available but The app is not running. (off-line).
- RED → The user is busy – it is not visible whether the person is active or not.
