In the app you can share calls from your own call log.
When you share to a chat or channel recipients can call the person directly via chat.
You can also share other people's calls, group calls, and recordings via the shared call log.
How to share a conversation
From your own log
- Click on the menu on the call you want to share.
- Click on Share.
- Choose whether to share via chat or SMS.
- Add a message (optional).
- Write the name of the user, channel, or team you want to share.
- Toggle to include call recording (optionally).
- Toggle to include voicemail transcription (optionally).
- Toggle if you want schedule broadcast time (optionally).
- Select broadcast time (optionally).
- Click on Share.
To share via SMS you must have permission to send System SMS.
