Sync local contacts to the app

With contact sync, you can easily see and use the same contacts in the app as in your phone book.

iOS

Step 1 – Enable sync in the app

1. In the mobile app, go to Personal settings.

2. Select Contacts → Contact Settings.

3. Click on Local unit.

4. Activate Contacts from device.

5. (Optional) Enable Contacts to device if you also want to sync the app's contacts to your iPhone's contact book.

Step 2 – Give the app access to your contact book (if not enabled)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

2. Find the app (the quickest way is to use the search box at the top).

3. Enable access for Contacts.

Android

Step 1 – Enable sync in the app

1. In the mobile app, go to Personal settings.

2. Select Contacts → Contact Settings.

3. Click on Local unit.

4. Activate Contacts from device.

5. (Optional) Enable Contacts to device if you also want to sync the app's contacts to your Android's contact book.

Step 2 – Give the app access to your contact book (if not enabled)

1. Open Settings on your Android.

2. Click on Apps.

3. Search for the app.

4. Click on Permissions.

5. Click on Contacts.

6. Select Allow.
