Create a team

Learn how to create and manage teams in the chat application.

Step 1 – Open the menu

  • From the chat menu, click or tap the three-dot menu next to your organization.

Step 2 – Create team

  • Select the Create Team option from the menu.

Step 3 – Name the team

  • Enter a name for the team.

Step 4 – Select user

  • Select the users who should be included in the team.

Step 5 – Confirm

  • Click or tap Create.

Once the team is created, you can easily create chat channels.


Add users to a team

Step 1 – Open the team menu

  • Click or tap the three-dot menu next to the team's name.

Step 2 – Select options

  • Click or tap Add user.

Step 3 – Select user

  • Select the users you want to add to the team.

Step 4 – Save

  • Click or tap Save.
