Step 1 – Open the menu
- From the chat menu, click or tap the three-dot menu next to your organization.
Step 2 – Create team
- Select the Create Team option from the menu.
Step 3 – Name the team
- Enter a name for the team.
Step 4 – Select user
- Select the users who should be included in the team.
Step 5 – Confirm
- Click or tap Create.
Once the team is created, you can easily create chat channels.
Add users to a team
Step 1 – Open the team menu
- Click or tap the three-dot menu next to the team's name.
Step 2 – Select options
- Click or tap Add user.
Step 3 – Select user
- Select the users you want to add to the team.
Step 4 – Save
- Click or tap Save.
