Buy a landline number
To buy a landline number in the app you need to be account owner or have the authority Account.
Step 1 – Go to settings
- Click on the gear at the bottom of the menu on the left to open organizational settings.
Step 2 – Select Telephony System
- Click on Telephony system.
- Then choose Landline number.
Step 3 – Buy number
- Click on Buy number.
- Choose if you want to buy one single number or one number series.
- Select area code.
- If you choose a number series: choose size, 10, 100 or 1000 numbers.
- Click on Search to see which numbers are available.
Step 4 – Select and confirm
- Select the issue or series you want to purchase.
- Click on Buy to complete the order.
- The price follows the current price list.
After purchase
- Your new number or number series will appear below Unassigned landline numbers.
- It is not automatically linked to any subscription.
- Follow a separate guide if you want to link the number to a subscription.
