Lynes offers a webhook functionality which enables answering service companies to integrate their solutions with Lynes. Through the integration, they can gain access to:
- Line status
- Activity status
- Organizational structure
All in real time.

- Respond
If your service is not listed, contact the provider to see if an integration can be created.
Enable the integration
Step 1 – Check with the service provider
- Make sure your answering service supports Lynes webhook.
Step 2 – Contact Lynes
- Contact Lyne support for more information on how to activate the integration.
Step 3 – Complete the integration
- Follow the instructions from Lynes and your service provider to connect the service.
