Conversation Intelligence (CI)

How many times have you said you were going to do something and then completely forgot about it? One, five, or five hundred times? This is everyday life for many of us as we juggle phone calls, chats, and chatty colleagues.

With Conversation Intelligence, this is a thing of the past. Using AI, NLP and other smart technologies, we can now record conversations, transcribe and summarize them for you.

After each ended call, you will receive a summary directly in the call log, which will also be searchable (for when you have forgotten the call).

CI is available to both users and response teams, and we are confident that this is our biggest productivity boost ever.

CI is an additional service that you can read more about here (coming soon).

Contact Center (CC)

As part of our product vision to connect UCaaS¹, CCaaS² and AI, we are proud to present our first version of Contact Center in lynes.

Now you can manage issues directly in the app. Issues (or tickets as they are called in English) can in our first release come from the following channels:

  • Chat
  • Response groups (telephone calls)

In addition to this, you can now also activate a web widget to offer chat as an option for your customers on your website.

AI: permissions

Just like Uncle Ben said to Spiderman:

"With great power comes great responsibility"

That's exactly what AI is – a great force. Depending on what business you run, the ability to use AI may vary.

Therefore, we have made it possible for you to limit the use of AI in the app.

AI: translate messages

Sometimes someone writes in Swedish and sometimes someone uses English. Don't worry. Now you can translate chat messages directly in the app with the touch of a button.

AI: reframing messages

Are you tired of spending time writing well-worded messages? Our developers feel the same way. Now you can write a message and then click Revise for example, to make the text more formal, longer or make it sound more like Snoop Dogg.

Above text rephrased as Snoop Dogg would have looked like this:

Yo, you tired of wastin' time craftin' them well-formulated messages, homie?

Our developers feel ya, fo' sho'. Now you can just drop a message and hit

"revise" to flip it up, make it more formal, stretch it out, or give it that

Snoop Dogg flavor, ya you? Peace out

AI: generate avatar & background image

Now you can use AI to generate your own avatar and or background image to use in the app. Let your creativity flow.

Moved from beta: number lookup as a notification

Receive a notification for incoming calls on your mobile phone, which may include the caller's name, company, and response group, if applicable.

The feature has now moved out of beta and requires you to allow notifications.

Mobile notifications

Eureka. Now you can control your mobile notifications via your activity status.

Incredibly convenient to turn off notifications on your phone when you have the status Available and sitting in front of the computer. Because what do you really need the notifications on your phone for?

Other

If you're reading this and feel like life is a little easier today compared to yesterday, we know why.

We have adjusted, tweaked, changed and improved a few little things. We have now given you the things you didn't know you were missing in life. Take the opportunity and enjoy – now it's tailwind and downhill.
